For shift manager and above, a job offer depends on a police check. We may ask other applicants for one, with their written permission. A false answer can lead to a job offer being withdrawn or employment ending.
Privacy notice. We collect this information only to assess and contact you about employment at the location selected. Hiring managers and supervisors responsible for that location may review it. The normal retention period is 12 months unless employment or legal requirements call for a different period. We also keep anonymous form-step milestones for 90 days to understand completion; those rows contain no contact details or typed answers. Your answer to the conviction question is used only to decide whether a conviction relates to the job, and is seen only by the people who review your application. Do not include a SIN, birth date, medical information, or driver’s licence number. Questions:
